國際拔河總會來函原文：
Regarding the WC outdoor in Getxo; at the moment we are discussing all the possibilities to postpone the WC and we hope to know all the ins and outs by the end of next week.
As soon as we know everything for sure, I will directly inform all the members.
There is a big chance that we will not have a WC this year.
